Powdered milk pie with apples and lingonberries

Very tasty with hot milk or tea. Enjoy! For this pie, you can use lingonberries either fresh or frozen. You can also replace lingonberries with cranberries. Then, when laying out the filling, you can lightly sprinkle the apples with sugar to compensate for the acidity of the berries. Or you can leave it like that. I found this recipe in a culinary magazine. I was very interested in the presence of powdered milk in the dough - this was supposed to give the pie an interesting and bright milky flavor. In the end, that’s what happened.

Great baked goods! I also like this option - charlotte with lingonberries and without apples!

I wanted to try a pie with apples and lingonberries. The recipe is a little unusual; I haven’t baked pies with the addition of powdered milk yet. Replaced milk with baby formula. I needed 50 g less flour for the dough. The thickness turned out to be like pancakes, even a little thicker. I peeled, cut and placed the apples on the bottom of the multicooker (the oven was busy). I washed the lingonberries, dried them and sprinkled them on the apples. And I laid the dough on top. Bake for 40 minutes. The apples stuck a little to the bottom, so I needed to line it with parchment. But it's not scary). Decorated the top with powdered sugar and lingonberry jam. The crumb of the pie is unusual, soft and springy. It cuts well and doesn't crumble. Delicious pie, juicy, with a milky flavor. Thanks for the recipe!
