I had kefir with a fat content of 2.5%, I heated it a little in the microwave until warm. Then I mixed salt and sugar in it. I took the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance. All that remains is to mix everything well with a whisk. It took me the same amount of flour, but the consistency was still the same. I used this dough to bake a cabbage pie in a slow cooker. The pie turned out great. The dough was well baked, browned, and there were no raw spots. I will use this recipe many more times.
