STEP 1

How to bake potatoes with meat in a sleeve? Prepare your food. Any meat will do, I have pork. If it was frozen, then defrost it first by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. For spices, I took ground black pepper, paprika and hot chili. You can add garlic to taste. First wash the vegetables well with a brush under running water.
STEP 2

Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 3

Peel the carrots and cut into rings or cubes, as you like. You can grate it on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Cut the peeled onion into cubes or half rings.
STEP 5

Clean and peeled potatoes - in large cubes the size of pieces of meat.
STEP 6

Take a baking sleeve about 50 cm long. Tie one end tightly. Place potatoes, onions and carrots in it.
STEP 7

Place meat on top of vegetables. Add salt and spices. Pour in vegetable oil. Tie the loose end, leaving some space.
STEP 8

Mix the products with your hands, actively turning the sleeve from side to side. Place it either in a larger mold or on a baking sheet. Using a knife, make small punctures on top to allow steam to escape.
STEP 9

Bake the meat and potatoes in the oven at 180°C for about one hour. Then remove the pan from the oven without turning off the heat. Using a knife and fork, carefully cut the top of the sleeve and open the edges. Turn on the grill or convection mode in the oven. Let the meat and potatoes sit for another 10-15 minutes until a golden brown crust forms on top. If you do not have convection, then put the meat on normal mode until browning.
