Potatoes in lard with garlic and flour

Everyone loves fragrant, golden-brown potatoes. The main thing is not to get carried away! Country-style potatoes are a favorite classic; they are usually cooked in the oven, but they turn out just as good in a frying pan. Try it!

Delicious! I cook potatoes in a rustic way with my family, I only squeeze spices and garlic (squeezed) into sour cream, and I also add the main portion of salt to sour cream, which makes a sauce. You can add dill and green onions to the sour cream sauce.
