Salad, which is called Festive or Royal. Radish is a specific product, but very healthy! And it turns out that you can also use it to make salads worthy of a holiday table. I offer you a recipe for one of the few salads with radish, which is made in layers.

    To prepare black radish salad, which is popularly called “Royal”, you need to boil chicken eggs, potatoes and carrots in advance. We will also need: black radish itself, a medium-sized apple (preferably sweet and sour). We will use mayonnaise to lubricate the salad layers.

    We choose black radish in the store that is dense, firm, and in no case flaccid. Wash the radish well and peel it. Then grate it. Now the most interesting thing: to avoid the unpleasant odor characteristic of radishes, salt it, cover with a lid and shake vigorously for one or two minutes. The smell, of course, will not completely disappear, but it will not be so strong.

    Peel the potatoes boiled in the mundra and grate them on a coarse grater. Place potatoes on a dish, add salt and pepper.

    Divide the grated radish into three equal parts. Spread one part in an even layer over the potatoes.

The salad uses black radish, which ancient folk remedies recommend including in the diet for patients with cough, so it will be very useful for colds. Only mayonnaise is best used not purchased, but homemade.
