Potato salad with black radish, eggs, apples and vegetables

STEP 1
To prepare black radish salad, which is popularly called “Royal”, you need to boil chicken eggs, potatoes and carrots in advance. We will also need: black radish itself, a medium-sized apple (preferably sweet and sour). We will use mayonnaise to lubricate the salad layers.
STEP 2
We choose black radish in the store that is dense, firm, and in no case flaccid. Wash the radish well and peel it. Then grate it. Now the most interesting thing: to avoid the unpleasant odor characteristic of radishes, salt it, cover with a lid and shake vigorously for one or two minutes. The smell, of course, will not completely disappear, but it will not be so strong.
STEP 3
Peel the potatoes boiled in the mundra and grate them on a coarse grater. Place potatoes on a dish, add salt and pepper.
STEP 4
Divide the grated radish into three equal parts. Spread one part in an even layer over the potatoes.
STEP 5
Next, grease thickly with mayonnaise.
STEP 6
The next layer is boiled carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Add a little salt and pepper.
STEP 7
We spread the second part of the grated black radish.
STEP 8
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
STEP 9
Finely chop half a small onion. You don't have to add onions.
STEP 10
Next, make a layer of grated apple.
STEP 11
And distribute the rest of the black radish. Lubricate well with mayonnaise.
STEP 12
Divide boiled eggs into whites and yolks.
STEP 13
Grate the egg whites on a coarse grater and tighten them a little with mayonnaise.
STEP 14
As a final layer, grate the yolks on a fine grater and distribute evenly over the salad. Decorate the salad as desired. I cut the olives into rings and arranged them in the form of flowers with green pea centers. You can also make flowers from boiled carrots.
