STEP 1

How to make potato pancakes without flour? Prepare your food. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water, preferably with a brush, to remove all dirt. Also wash the egg. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Take refined, odorless vegetable oil.
STEP 2

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse or medium grater. To obtain a more dietary product, grated potatoes can be washed to remove excess starch - a source of calories. In addition, if the potatoes are washed, they will not darken. The potatoes will also not have time to darken if the potato pancakes are cooked immediately, without any confusion. Be sure to squeeze the washed potatoes out of the liquid; excess moisture will prevent them from frying.
STEP 3

Beat a chicken egg into a bowl with grated potatoes. Add spices: salt and ground black pepper to taste. If desired, you can add any other spices; they now sell special kits for potatoes. But it seems to me that this minimum is enough to get tasty pancakes.
STEP 4

Knead the mixture thoroughly so that the egg is well dispersed and the spices are mixed with the minced potatoes.
STEP 5

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place minced potatoes on it using a tablespoon, forming pancakes. Draniki should be thin so that the potatoes are well baked inside, then they will turn out tasty and crispy. Fry pancakes over medium heat on one side until golden brown.
STEP 6

Then turn them over and fry on the second side. Serve the potato pancakes hot, fresh from the pan, with sour cream. Bon appetit!
