My son asked me to make potato babka. A few years ago I prepared such a dish, only in the oven. This time I made potato babka in a slow cooker. Instead of chicken, I used pork. I didn’t have ready-made minced meat, but I had a piece of the right size (160 g) in the freezer. I didn’t really want to turn on the meat grinder for such a small piece, so I just chopped it finely. Instead of green onions, I added a mixture of Caucasian herbs to the meat. The babka turned out very fragrant. However, I was unable to turn it over to bake the top; for some reason it fell apart. But this didn’t make the potato babka any less tasty. It combines all the ingredients perfectly. I really liked the flavor of the garlic baked potatoes. Thanks for the recipe! Potato babka is an excellent dish for an everyday menu.

Good day! I cooked “babka” in the oven and it turned out very tasty too, it was squeaking behind my ears so that the neighbors could probably hear it... Thanks for the recipe.
