Potato babka in a slow cooker

STEP 1

Prepare your ingredients. It's much more convenient to cook when everything is at hand.
STEP 2

Add salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat, as well as finely chopped green onions. Stir.
STEP 3

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater, pass the garlic into the same bowl through a special press.
STEP 4

Add eggs, salt and pepper to potatoes.
STEP 5

Mix the potato mixture well, adding flour as you go.
STEP 6

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place two-thirds of the potato mixture into the bowl. Spread it evenly over the bottom of the bowl.
STEP 7

Place minced meat with onions and spices on top.
STEP 8

Place the rest of the potatoes on top of the meat and level the surface.
STEP 9

Place on the Baking program for 1 hour. Then turn the babka over and cook on the same program for another 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and you are ready to serve.
STEP 10

Slice and serve. Serving greatly influences the appetizing nature of the dish, so complement the dish with fresh vegetables and a bright piece of hot (or bell) pepper.
