Since childhood, I have been surrounded by the aromas of my grandmother's pies and my mother's cabbage soup. I spent every summer at the dacha, helping to harvest the crops and conducting my own culinary experiments. The family always gathered around the table, and it was not just food - it was a tradition, a spirit of unity. As I explored the diverse cuisines of the world, I realized that every recipe has a story worth telling. My goal is to inspire you to take on kitchen feats and show you that anyone can cook. Let's fill the house with warmth and taste together with simple but amazing dishes!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education.
