STEP 1

How to bake pies with minced meat in a frying pan? Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. Let's start with the test. We will make the yeast dough straight, faster, unlike the classic method. Pour boiled water heated to 36 degrees into a deep bowl. Add sugar, a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of dry instant yeast to a bowl of water. Mix the ingredients until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
STEP 2

Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes, do not cover the bowl with anything. After the specified time, foam and bubbles should form on the surface of the mixture, which means the yeast has been activated and everything is done correctly. Add salt to the bowl with the yeast mixture and pour in the vegetable oil, mix.
STEP 3

We sift the wheat flour to remove foreign objects and saturate the product with oxygen, which will make the dough more airy and the products made from it soft and fluffy. Pour wheat flour into a bowl with liquid, add flour in small portions, stirring the mixture with a spoon each time. When the dough becomes difficult to mix with a spoon, place it on a work surface sprinkled with flour and continue kneading with your hands.
STEP 4

The dough should gather into a ball, stop remaining on the palms, become elastic and obedient. Place the dough back into the bowl, cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and place in a warm place. In winter, a bowl of dough can be placed in the radiator for 1.5-2 hours, but at a distance so that the dough in it does not brew due to too high a temperature. In summer, a bowl of dough can be placed in the oven, heated to 35-40 degrees, for an hour and a half.
STEP 5

While the dough is resting, prepare the minced meat for the pies. Minced meat can be used ready-made or minced from fresh meat. Minced meat can be used from any meat; poultry meat will yield less calories, but mixed pork and beef will produce a tastier and juicier filling. Add finely chopped onions, salt, ground black pepper to taste, a little cold water to the bowl with minced meat, mix until smooth.
STEP 6

When the dough has risen, knead it and you can immediately proceed to preparing the pies. Divide the dough into 12-15 parts depending on the desired size of the pies. Roll the dough pieces into balls and knead them into flat cakes with your hands.
STEP 7

Roll them into small flat cakes, put a little meat filling in the center of each flat cake, and seal the edges.
STEP 8

Form pies and place them on a floured surface.
STEP 9

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. Fry the pies in oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. To ensure that the filling is thoroughly fried inside, cover the pan with a lid and keep the pies in the pan for a couple more minutes. The pies are ready, bon appetit!
