Homemade truffles
Incredibly delicious candies with wafer topping! The recipe is easy. The longest part is filling the baking tray with truffles. And not very expensive, which is nice. It can be done, for example, for a child’s birthday, for kindergarten or school. Still better than candy. At least more natural.
A favorite recipe since childhood, now my children and even my husband really like it.
Making the dough is a real pleasure: it kneads quickly, turns out plastic, and divides well into pieces. Delicious, even without sugar.
I usually make a double batch of batter and fudge and buy more waffles.
Truffles are eaten with a bang!
