Cookies with cracks, or crinkles with blue tea

Soft tender inside, with a spectacular crispy crust on the outside! Very impressive cookies with a “craquelure” effect, achieved by rolling in powdered sugar. Easy to prepare, the products are available to everyone. The rich blue color is achieved thanks to the flowers of the clitoris trifoliate, which is a natural dye.

Excess powdered sugar can be removed, the special craquelure effect will not be affected.
