STEP 1

How to make pork in foil with prunes in the oven? To roast, take a piece of pork in one piece without bones. Rinse the meat well and dry with a paper towel.
STEP 2

Using a sharp knife, make transverse cuts throughout the entire piece, without reaching the end. In this form, the finished baked meat will be conveniently divided into portioned pieces. Sliced raw meat will look like a book of thick pieces and a common base.
STEP 3

To cook meat, you need to prepare a marinade. To do this, combine mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce in a separate bowl. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well until smooth.
STEP 4

Prepare a baking dish. Cover it with foil and grease the bottom with vegetable oil. Place the pork in the pan and coat all layers well with the resulting marinade.
STEP 5

Pour boiling water over the prunes for a couple of minutes and rinse. Insert a few pieces of prunes into the meat slits. If time permits, then in this form the meat can be left to marinate for several hours. But you can immediately put it in the oven. Cover the dish with a layer of foil and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1 hour. After an hour, remove the top layer of foil and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes.
