Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the meat into medium pieces. Cut the onion into cubes, chop the garlic. Dilute 1.5 tbsp in 0.5 liters of water. salt, add 2 tbsp. vinegar, pepper. Pour marinade over meat for 2 hours.
STEP 2

Then drain the liquid and add adjika, stir and leave in the refrigerator overnight
STEP 3

The next day our meat will be ready.
STEP 4

Thread the pieces of meat, alternating with pieces of brisket, onto skewers. Pre-soak wooden skewers in water. We no longer need the onion, we throw it away, it has already fulfilled its main role.
STEP 5

Heat the oven to 200 gr. Place skewers with meat on the grill. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with lettuce, sweet pepper and herbs. Bon appetit!

Oh, now I wish I could go to nature! I love kebabs cooked over a fire. It’s just a pity that all the homemade versions of this dish don’t taste like what you can get in nature.

How I love kebabs... But in my family, the youngest son cooks them best, and to my regret, he doesn’t recognize vinegar. Thanks to this recipe, I hope to convince him. If only I can wait until spring (my oven won’t cook kebabs). Natasha Thank you!
