Pork sausage with chicken fillet in foil in the oven

You'll be surprised how easy it is to make homemade sausage! Those who have tried real country homemade sausage at least once will not forget its taste! Personally, I love her very much! But preparing it myself is problematic for me - you can’t find intestines everywhere in the city, and if you do find them, you need to clean them, which is not very pleasant. So I thought - why not make a sausage in foil? To make it less fatty, I replaced some of the meat with chicken fillet. As for me, it turned out just wonderful, and, most importantly, the taste is exactly the same as the sausage that I tried in the village!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Required ingredients. Meat and lard for this recipe must be taken fresh and without streaks.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

We cut the pork into small cubes, it is very convenient to work with frozen meat

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

We also finely chop the chicken fillet. Homemade village sausage is made from minced meat, and not through a meat grinder - it’s much tastier.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We cut the lard as finely as possible, we need it in this recipe for juiciness and taste, we can’t do without it here

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add garlic to the chopped meat through a press; use quite a lot of garlic, so the sausage will become very aromatic.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Solim

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Add some red hot pepper

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Nutmeg

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    Freshly ground black pepper

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Add half a glass of water and mix very well

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place some minced meat on the foil and try to gather it more tightly with your hands

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

We fold the foil into a candy shape, then twist one edge of the foil and compact the minced meat more tightly, just as we stuff the sausage when it is in the intestine. Then twist the second edge of the foil

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Place the finished sausages on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Prick in several places with a toothpick and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

If we want to brown it, after the specified time, carefully, so as not to burn yourself, open the foil and put it in the oven for another 15 minutes. But it seemed to me that the sausage dried out a little. Next time I won’t brown it, but bake it in foil for 45 minutes and leave it to cool so that the liquid released during the baking process is absorbed into the meat. But this is a matter of taste!

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

After the specified time, our homemade sausage is ready! Very tasty both hot and cold

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

    Bon appetit!
