Today I cooked pork pieces with potatoes in the oven. I received a delicious dish for lunch without much hassle. I defrosted the meat in advance. Early in the morning I started cooking. I chopped meat and vegetables. I did not marinate the meat and onions separately. I put them together with the potatoes in a greased form, added mayonnaise, salt, pepper, paprika, mixed, and left for 10 minutes. Then I added a little water to the pan, covered it with foil and put it in the oven for 1 hour. The dish turned out appetizing, juicy and satisfying.
