STEP 1
How to bake pork in the oven with vegetables and potatoes? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking.

Rinse the meat in cold water and dry. Cut across the grain into medium pieces and place in a baking dish. Tenderloin or neck is best suited for this dish. If you use other parts of the carcass, you may need more time to prepare.
STEP 3
Wash the bell pepper, dry it, cut off the stem and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into slices and add to the dish with the meat.

Peel the red onion and cut it into slices across the bulb. Place it on the meat with pepper.

Wash small potatoes thoroughly with a stiff brush under running water. Potatoes should only be taken young, without cracks or damage. Cut into slices and add to vegetables and meat.

For the marinade, place all the spices in a bowl and add chopped garlic.

Place the pan with pork and vegetables in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees until cooked. Cooking time may take from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the meat, the thickness of the vegetables and the characteristics of your oven. Remove the roast pork from the oven with the vegetables and potatoes and serve immediately.
