STEP 1

Rinse the meat in cold water and dry. Cut across the grain into medium pieces and place in a baking dish. Tenderloin or neck is best suited for this dish. If you use other parts of the carcass, you may need more time to prepare.

Wash the bell pepper, dry it, cut off the stem and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into slices and add to the dish with the meat.

Remove the roast pork from the oven with the vegetables and potatoes and serve immediately.
