  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pork stroganoff with mushrooms and sour cream? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any mushrooms can be used. These can be boiled wild mushrooms or, like mine, champignons. Choose boneless pork meat. Sour cream can be of any fat content.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the pork meat into thin, long pieces

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the chopped meat in a bowl and sprinkle with flour. Stir until each piece of meat is coated evenly on all sides with flour.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Cut the peeled onion into half rings. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and fry it for 1-2 minutes over medium heat until translucent.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Then place the prepared meat in the pan and mix with onions. Fry for another 2-3 minutes until the meat changes color.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

In a separate glass, mix water with tomato paste and sour cream.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour the resulting sauce over the meat and stir. Add salt and spices to taste. Bring to a boil. Cook the meat, covered, over low heat for 35-40 minutes. The meat will become soft.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

While the meat is stewing, prepare the mushrooms. Rinse the champignons in running water to remove contaminants. Cut large mushrooms into 2-4 parts. Small ones can be cooked whole. In a separate frying pan, fry the champignons with the addition of vegetable oil. During frying, the mushrooms will shrink in size and brown slightly. This will take 5-7 minutes.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

When the meat is soft, add the mushrooms to the pan and heat everything together for a couple more minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Pork beef stroganoff with mushrooms is ready! Complete it with a side dish of rice or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
