STEP 1
How to quite simply and quickly prepare juicy cutlets from mixed minced meat with zucchini, which are sure to please many for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing aromatic meat cutlets with added zucchini.
STEP 2
To prepare the minced meat of the required consistency, take a fine grater and grate three hundred grams of young zucchini into a deep bowl, then grate one medium onion and two cloves of garlic into it.
STEP 3
Place five hundred grams of mixed minced pork and beef in a bowl with grated zucchini and onions, which can be replaced according to your taste and desire.
STEP 4
Pour salt, one-third teaspoon of cumin, one-third teaspoon of coriander and half a teaspoon of suneli hops into a common bowl to taste.
STEP 5
Add one chicken egg and pre-finely chopped parsley to taste to a common bowl.
STEP 6
Add a mixture of black and red peppers to taste to the bowl with the minced meat and thoroughly mix all the ingredients together, then let the prepared minced meat brew for twenty minutes and soak in the spices.
STEP 7
Take a frying pan, preferably with a thick bottom, and place it on the stove that is on, then pour two or three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, which in turn heat well.
STEP 8
Beat the required amount of minced meat well in your hands and form cutlets of the desired size.
STEP 9
Roll the formed cutlets in breadcrumbs mixed with wheat flour to taste.
STEP 10
Place the cutlets in a frying pan with well-heated vegetable oil and fry them over high heat until golden brown on one side.
STEP 11
Turn the cutlets over in the pan and cover it with a lid, then continue to fry the cutlets for fifteen to twenty minutes on the lowest heat of the stove until fully cooked.
STEP 12
