STEP 1
How to make pollock with carrots and onions in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove the pollock carcass from the freezer in advance so that it gradually thaws at room temperature.
STEP 2
Cut off the fish's fins and tail. Remove the entrails and rinse under running water. Then blot excess moisture from the fish using a paper towel. Cut the pollock into pieces. Prepare a bowl with flour and salt. Dredge all fish pieces in flour.
STEP 3
Peel the onions and carrots, rinse to remove dirt and chop. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Heat two frying pans until hot. Pour a little vegetable oil on both. Place the pollock in flour in one frying pan and fry it on all sides. Place chopped onions and carrots in another frying pan and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5
In a separate glass, mix mayonnaise with a small amount of water. Then pour the entire mixture into the pan with the vegetables.
STEP 6
Bring everything to a boil. When heated, the mayonnaise will disperse throughout the mass and mix evenly with the vegetables.
STEP 7
Then place the vegetables in mayonnaise in the pan with the fish. Cover it with a lid and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add a little salt and spices to taste.
STEP 8
Place the finished fish on a plate and serve! Bon appetit!
