    How to make pollock with carrots and onions in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove the pollock carcass from the freezer in advance so that it gradually thaws at room temperature.

    Cut off the fish's fins and tail. Remove the entrails and rinse under running water. Then blot excess moisture from the fish using a paper towel. Cut the pollock into pieces. Prepare a bowl with flour and salt. Dredge all fish pieces in flour.

    Peel the onions and carrots, rinse to remove dirt and chop. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
