I thank the author for the simple and tasty recipe!😘I baked the carp using the open method; what was available in my city was not a whole carp, but its carcass. As stated in the recipe, I first wiped the fish with mayonnaise and black pepper. But still, the combination of fish and lemon is sacred to me, so I made cuts for the lemon. Yes, regarding the fish pillow, I can say that it has deviated from the original recipe, because... I didn’t have everything on hand, so the pillow turned out to be slightly undercooked rice, smeared with sour cream (so as not to dry out), onion rings, subsequently sprinkled with olive oil along with the fish. Bottom line: the fish is delicious, the meat is very tasty and juicy, aromatic . The rice bed was not dried out and was used as a side dish. Of course, the fish was accompanied by a light salad of a mix of lettuce with olive oil and a hint of oregano. Next time I'll make carp in foil! Bon appetit!
