I wanted to cook pollock fillet with potatoes in the oven. I have cooked pollock fillet more than once, so I made small changes to the recipe based on my own taste. To begin with, I boiled the potatoes, peeled them, cut them into large circles, and placed them in the first layer in a baking dish. I stewed the onions and carrots and placed them on top of the potatoes in a second layer (I really liked the combination of pollock with these vegetables in one of the recipes). Then I laid out the pieces of fish, lightly sprinkled them with grated cheese and herbs, added a few slices of lemon (in general, I took them out of the refrigerator and used everything that was left there). I baked the dish for about 20 minutes, no more, since almost all the ingredients in it were already ready. The only mistake was that I forgot to cover the pan with foil, so the fish turned out a little dry in some places. But very tasty! I recommend!
