I got a very tasty fish using the recipe “pollock fillet with carrots and onions in the oven”! After defrosting, a large amount of liquid came out of my pollock. Therefore, to dilute the tomato paste, I took a lot of water (about a glass) and poured the fish on the vegetable bed almost completely. I sprinkled the grated cheese 10 minutes before it was ready, by which time most of the gravy had boiled away. Very tasty dish! Great recipe, thanks!
