I made a poached egg with avocado using this recipe for breakfast. I was very interested in the recipe. I've never fried an avocado before. I cooked poached eggs as described in the recipe, only I cooked two at once. Dried the loaf in a frying pan. Peeled the avocado, cut it into pieces and fried it in oil. I collected sandwiches. I placed fried avocado on the croutons, placed a poached egg on top and sprinkled with herbs de Provence. Fast, accessible and creative. Great recipe! I would eat this breakfast every day) Fried avocado is incredibly tasty and juicy. The poached egg, when you bite into the crispy toast, spreads and the yolk flows onto the avocado.
