Plum pie with kefir

This pie is best served hot straight from the oven. It's really plum season for me now - there are so many plums that we don't know what else to cook with them. I rolled up the compotes and ate fresh ones for the whole year ahead. Various baked goods remain. The other day I baked a simply amazing chocolate cake with plums. But that's a little later. Until then, pie.

I have a special relationship with plum pies! I love them for their incredibly delicious aroma and sour taste. I marked this recipe as simple and straightforward, uncomplicated, quick and easy. The necessary ingredients are available and inexpensive here. Cooking did not take much time or effort. According to the author's advice, I added cinnamon. I mixed it with a spoonful of sugar and sprinkled it on top of the pie before putting it in the oven. Thanks for the delicious tea!)
