Plum pie with kefir
A soft kefir pie with a pleasant plum sourness. Baking with plums is my real weakness. Moreover, I don’t like fresh plums as much as baked ones. The dough in this pie is very soft and slightly springy when pressed. And the sour plum filling gives it a special charm.

The pie turned out airy and very tasty. My plums are sour, but the sweet dough perfectly complemented the sourness. This is my second plum pie: I liked the pie better with this recipe. The recipe is very simple and quick: you take turns throwing and whisking. I love recipes like this for one or two meals. The most gourmet children ate with pleasure, the youngest (one and a half year old) himself came up to put a piece in his mouth, I didn’t know that this could happen) Thank you very much for the recipe.

I really love baking with plums. I have already prepared several of these pies using recipes from our website. All the pies were different, but each was delicious in its own way. I noticed this recipe thanks to the user Yanuta, for which I express my deep gratitude! This pie is really prepared very quickly, the ingredients used are available, which are always on hand. I followed the recipe, just reduced the amount of sugar a little. I took 350 grams of plums. At first it seemed like there was a lot of drainage for such a quantity of dough. Since I cut the plum into small pieces, I had difficulty placing them in the mold. I thought that due to the large number of plums the cake would be very moist. But I was wrong. The pie turned out just great! The dough is very tasty, tender, the plum did not run, but was neatly and evenly distributed throughout the dough, giving the pie a pleasant sourness. And the plums turned out to be just the right amount. I was very pleased with the result! Maria, thank you so much for another delicious pie!!! Here is my photo report)))
