Delicious and tender homemade pizza for the whole family! The good thing about pizza is that, having the dough, you can prepare dishes with different toppings each time. In this matter, imagination is limitless. And you can very easily feed a large number of people with pizza. One of our family's favorite toppings is pizza with chicken and mushrooms. Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

To prepare pizza dough without sausage, dissolve the yeast in warm water (approximately 35-37 degrees). Add sugar to them, stir and let stand for 15 minutes. The mass will begin to foam. Don't be alarmed - this is how it should be. This means the yeast is alive and has started working.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Then add the egg, salt and vegetable oil to the yeast mixture. Then add flour and knead the dough. It may take a little more or less flour.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Knead the dough into a soft dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Cover it with a towel and place it in a warm place for 1 hour until it rises and expands.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

While the dough is rising, prepare the chicken for the filling. To do this, rinse the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. Cut into pieces and fry until golden brown. Add a little salt to taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The dough is enough for 1-2 pizzas, depending on the shape. Roll out the finished dough and place in the prepared baking dish. Brush the dough with mixed ketchup and mayonnaise.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then spread the fried chicken meat and boiled wild mushrooms over the dough. You can use absolutely any mushrooms - be it champignons or wild mushrooms. I used chanterelles.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Spread over the entire surface of the pizza.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it generously on the pizza. By the time you’ve laid out all the filling, the dough should have slightly risen right in the pan. If this does not happen, then let the raw pizza stand in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Then place the finished pizza pan in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 25-35 minutes. During this time, the dough will have time to bake well. Remove the finished pizza from the oven. Let it sit for a while until the first heat comes out. Place the pizza on a plate and serve hot. Very tasty! Bon appetit!

My favorite pizza without sausage or meat is Margherita with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

I baked pizza without sausage today. The dough turned out to be soft and pliable. Since I planned to make a thin pizza, I only took half the dough for it and put the rest in the freezer. I rolled out the dough, put it on the frying pan, stretched it a little with my hands and formed the sides. I brushed the dough with a mixture of mayonnaise and tomato paste. I used pasta instead of ketchup because of its natural taste, which I really like. I put chicken meat on top (I cooked wings for pizza), fried champignons, tomato, and parsley. Since all the ingredients were unsalted, I added salt. Sprinkled grated cheese on top. I baked the pizza for about 20 minutes. The crumb came out tender, although thin. Even the next day it remained soft. The tomatoes remained fresh and very appetizing! Since there wasn’t a lot of filling, the pizza came out thin, just as I wanted, and delicious! Thank you very much for the recipe!

This recipe for pizza without sausage really helped me out when the whole family unanimously asked for pizza, but there was no sausage or sausages in the house, but there was chicken breast from the broth. Excellent recipe, simply delicious! Thank you very much!
