Pizza with red fish and salmon on yeast dough

STEP 1
How to make pizza with red fish on yeast dough? Prepare the ingredients for the dough.
STEP 2
Combine the whey and water together and heat it slightly (the temperature of the liquid should not exceed 40C, so be careful not to overheat it). Add a tablespoon of sugar to the warm liquid and add the yeast.

Stir thoroughly until the yeast is completely dissolved in the liquid.
STEP 4
Pour in olive oil.

Add salt and add sifted flour in portions.

Knead the dough this way. First, knead the dough in a bowl for a few minutes until it comes together into a rough shape.

Next, go to the work bench and knead the dough thoroughly for 7-8 minutes. It should become smooth and very tender. If necessary, lightly dust the table with flour while kneading, but do not get too carried away so as not to clog the dough.

Place the dough in a bowl (you can lightly grease it or sprinkle it with flour beforehand), cover it with a damp towel or film and leave it warm for 1 hour to rise.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling.

Make the sauce first. Traditionally, tomato sauce is used for pizza, made from fresh or canned tomatoes, but since the season for fresh tomatoes is too short, and canned ones are not available everywhere, I suggest preparing a simple but tasty version of pizza sauce. Take 1 tbsp. l. with a heap of good (high-quality and tasty!) tomato paste, add 2-3 tbsp. l. water (boiled), a pinch of sugar, salt and some dried herbs.

And stir. The consistency of the sauce should be close to ketchup, so if necessary, you can add a little more or less water, depending on the thickness of the paste. That's it, the sauce is ready.

Also prepare the cheese - grate it on a coarse grater. By the way, instead of mozzarella, you can use any other cheese, as long as it is tasty and easy to melt.

Cut the salted salmon into thin slices.
STEP 14
After an hour, set the oven to preheat to 230-250 C along with a baking sheet or pizza stone and remove the dough that has already risen.
STEP 15
Place the dough on a floured table and divide it into 3-4 parts, depending on the desired size of the pizza.
STEP 16
Roll each part into a ball, cover the buns with a towel and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes.
STEP 17
After the required time, take one bun (keep the remaining ones under a towel so as not to dry out) and place it immediately on baking paper.
STEP 18
Roll out or stretch the dough ball with your hands into a flat cake 5 mm thick (choose the thickness of the dough to your taste; you can roll it thinner or thicker).

Brush the tortilla with sauce.
STEP 20
And sprinkle a generous portion of grated cheese on top.
STEP 21
Carefully remove the heated baking sheet from the hot oven and transfer the formed pizza onto it. Bake the pizza until fully cooked, about 7 minutes or more, depending on the capabilities of your oven. The pizza should be browned on all sides.

Remove the finished pizza from the oven and place pieces of salted fish on top.
STEP 23
Also add a handful of arugula and some fresh basil leaves. Prepare the remaining three pizzas in the same way.
STEP 24
That's all, very tasty and tender pizza with red fish is ready! Serve it immediately.
