STEP 1
How to make pizza with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. This makes the dough more airy.
STEP 2
To prepare the dough, combine dry yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl.
STEP 3
Add warm water and vegetable oil. Mix.
STEP 4
Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the finished dough.
STEP 5

STEP 7
When the dough has risen, remember it and divide it into 2-3 pizzas.
STEP 8
Roll out one part of the dough into a circle on a piece of parchment.
STEP 9
Spread the mashed potatoes over the dough in an even layer.
STEP 10
Spread grated Adyghe cheese and tomato slices.
STEP 11
Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top. Place the pizza in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 12
Remove the finished pizza from the oven and serve. It is very tasty hot. Bon appetit!
