I was interested in the recipe for pizza with potatoes due to its unusualness, I wanted to try it out. I used half the amount of ingredients for the dough to make one pizza. The dough kneaded well, but I used 50 g less flour. I put the dough in a bag and left it to rise. I cut the potatoes for the filling into small cubes so that they could cook faster, then mashed them. I distributed the pizza dough over the bottom of the pan with my hands, it’s more convenient for me. I didn’t have Adyghe cheese. My daughter suggested replacing it with sausages so that the filling would be more salty. Well, she loves sausages) Next are tomatoes and hard cheese. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Externally, I liked the way the tomatoes baked and the cheese melted. It tastes very good too. The pizza reminded my daughter of pies with potatoes) I note that the potato layer adheres tightly to the crust and does not slip. And the top layer of filling goes well with both the dough and the potatoes. The base has risen well, the dough is soft, airy, very tasty. The kids and I liked the pizza with katroshka.
