I took a third of the ingredients for one pizza. The dough rose very well and was bubbly. After rising, I kneaded it again and rolled it out on parchment. According to the recipe, you need to lightly bake the crust; I thought that raw champignons would not be baked and fried them a little in a frying pan in advance. The sauce is very tasty and aromatic! I like this combination, especially since I haven’t added garlic to pizza sauce before.
