Pizza with beer

STEP 1
For beer pizza we need beer, margarine, flour and salt for the dough, as well as tomatoes, champignons, tomatoes, sweet peppers and hard cheese for the filling.
STEP 2
Pour flour and salt into a bowl, put chilled margarine into it.
STEP 3
Grind the margarine with flour using a grater.
STEP 4
We will get a dry mixture - crumbs of margarine and flour, into which we need to pour chilled beer.
STEP 5
Knead the beer dough quickly so that the margarine does not have time to melt.
STEP 6
Then place the dough on the bottom of a springform pan or baking sheet. First, the dough can be rolled out with a rolling pin, like for cookies, but not necessarily, you can distribute it with your hands directly in the mold, forming small sides.

Next, grease the dough layer with tomato paste.
STEP 8
Cut the champignons into slices.
STEP 9
Place champignon slices on a layer of tomato paste.
STEP 10
Then cut the sweet pepper into rings.
STEP 11
Place the sweet pepper rings on top of the mushrooms.
STEP 12
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
STEP 13
Place the tomato slices on top of the pepper rings.
STEP 14
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 15
Sprinkle a layer of tomatoes on top with grated cheese.
STEP 16
Place the pizza pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
STEP 17
Carefully transfer the finished beer pizza from the mold onto a flat dish and serve hot.
STEP 18
Cut the pizza into portions and place on plates.
