Pizza with beer

Tasty, satisfying, aromatic - all the neighbors will come running! Pizza dough made from margarine and beer without yeast is prepared simply and quickly. The beer dough turns out like a cookie dough, it doesn’t stick to the mold. The filling can be different, in this version it is mushroom.

We love pizza, especially cooking it at home and experimenting with it. Then I came across a recipe for “pizza with beer”. How interesting, my husband and I decided to cook such a miracle. I kneaded the dough very quickly according to the description in the recipe. It's simple, just take beer instead of water. I took the light one. The dough came out aromatic, soft and very interesting, I would say porous. For the filling we used ham, salami, tomato, bell pepper, onion, olives and mozzarella. Grind the ingredients for the filling. We made our own tomato sauce from tomato paste. Then I rolled out the beer dough, coated it with sauce, layered the filling, sprinkled it with mozzarella at the end and baked the beer pizza for 12 minutes in a preheated oven. The aroma was excellent. It turned out to be a great pizza with beer. It is bright, aromatic, juicy and very appetizing. The dough turned out thin, soft and tasty. Great recipe! I will definitely repeat this pizza again and recommend it to everyone! Many thanks to the author)
