Pizza in a slow cooker

Simple, tasty and aromatic, for every day! Pizza in a slow cooker is no more difficult to prepare than in the oven. In some cases it's even easier. In taste it is not much inferior to the classic one, it turns out even softer and more delicate.

How to make pizza in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can vary the filling according to your taste. I really like it with bacon and tomatoes. Heat the water for the dough until warm, approximately 35-37 degrees. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with ketchup.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare the dough, pour warm water into a bowl and add yeast, salt and sugar. Stir.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Pour in vegetable oil.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Sift the flour through a sieve and gradually pour it into the bowl. Knead the dough. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the finished dough. You may need a little more or less than what is indicated in the recipe.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The finished dough is soft and plastic. To prevent it from sticking to your hands, at the end of kneading, grease your hands with vegetable oil. Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for an hour to rise.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

When the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 2-4 pizzas.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place a sheet of parchment paper in the multicooker bowl and press it firmly along the sides to avoid indentations. Place the dough on the bottom, rolled into a circle.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Brush the dough with the prepared sauce.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Scatter chopped bacon and tomatoes over the dough.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. Close the multicooker lid and turn on the “Bake” mode for 25 minutes. Depending on the cooking time, use your multicooker as a guide.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

It is very convenient to remove the finished pizza from the bowl thanks to the cooking sheet. This pizza is delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!

Holidays should not only be fun, but also delicious! Today my friends came to my daughter and I treated them to different types of pizza. While one of them was baking in the oven, the other was cooking in a slow cooker. This was my first time making pizza in a slow cooker and I liked this method. The only negative is that it turns out to be quite small) For baking, I lined the bowl with parchment. Indeed, it is more convenient to take it out and the bottom of the cake does not burn. I liked that the pizza came out very soft, just airy like a pie. The cheese melted and, unlike in the oven, remained stringy. The filling turned out very juicy. I baked on the “baking” mode for 25 minutes, it seemed to me that it was not enough. Added another 10 minutes. I'm happy with the result, now I'll make pizza in a slow cooker.
