Pizza in a slow cooker

- STEP 1 - How to make pizza in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can vary the filling according to your taste. I really like it with bacon and tomatoes. Heat the water for the dough until warm, approximately 35-37 degrees. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with ketchup. 
- STEP 2 - To prepare the dough, pour warm water into a bowl and add yeast, salt and sugar. Stir. 
- STEP 3 - Pour in vegetable oil. 
- STEP 4 - Sift the flour through a sieve and gradually pour it into the bowl. Knead the dough. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the finished dough. You may need a little more or less than what is indicated in the recipe. 
- STEP 5 - The finished dough is soft and plastic. To prevent it from sticking to your hands, at the end of kneading, grease your hands with vegetable oil. Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for an hour to rise. 
- STEP 6 - When the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 2-4 pizzas. 
- STEP 7 - Place a sheet of parchment paper in the multicooker bowl and press it firmly along the sides to avoid indentations. Place the dough on the bottom, rolled into a circle. 
- STEP 8 - Brush the dough with the prepared sauce. 
- STEP 9 - Scatter chopped bacon and tomatoes over the dough. 
- STEP 10 - Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. Close the multicooker lid and turn on the “Bake” mode for 25 minutes. Depending on the cooking time, use your multicooker as a guide. 
- STEP 11 - It is very convenient to remove the finished pizza from the bowl thanks to the cooking sheet. This pizza is delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
