Roll out the dough, put it in the mold and pierce it with a fork. Place in the oven at 180C for 5 minutes

Prepare the sauce - mix tomato paste with spices and a small amount of water. You can add tomatoes chopped in a blender, then you don’t need to add water.

Spread the sauce on the dough.

Cut the ham into strips and lay out.
STEP 6

Pour the cream into a saucepan and place on low heat. Separate the yolk from the white, shake the white. Add the protein to the cream in a thin stream and stir at the same time. Cook for about 2 minutes.
STEP 7

We grate the cheese, sprinkle half the cheese on our pizza, then spread the protein-cream mixture and the second part of the cheese.
STEP 8

Place in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and place the yolk in the center. Place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
STEP 9

Our pizza is ready!
