Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's start cooking with broth. Why put 0.5 liters of water on the gas and let it boil. In the meantime, chop the peeled onion, preferably coarsely.

Wash and peel the carrots. And we will also cut it large.
STEP 3
Let's prepare the pepper and bay leaf, and add carrots and onions. Let's put it all in boiling salted water. Let it simmer over low heat to create a vegetable broth.
STEP 4
At the same time, boil the eggs by placing them in cold water. Cook for at least 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Now we need to put the fish in order. If you have a carcass, gut it thoroughly, separate the head, tail, fins - we need fillet removed from the bone. If the fillet is frozen, defrost it in advance and cut it into pieces.
STEP 6
If the broth is ready, pour it into the frying pan and place the pike perch fillet here. Cover with a lid and simmer the fish until cooked (15-20 minutes, it all depends on the thickness of the fillet).
STEP 7
Chilled eggs are peeled and chopped finely.
STEP 8
This is exactly how you should cut the greens that you currently have on hand.
STEP 9
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chopped eggs and herbs (2-3 minutes). At the very end you can pepper this most pleasant mass, which has become a sauce for pike perch in Polish.
STEP 10
Place the fish on a plate and pour this original sauce over it and serve.
