For tea I decided to bake a pie with strawberry jam. And I was even sure that I had strawberry jam, but I didn’t have it, so for the pie I mixed two types of jam, cherry and cherry plum. The dough is easy to knead. And I liked working with it. I decorated the pie at my own discretion, brushed it with beaten egg, as recommended, and set it to bake.
