  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare the indicated ingredients for making a pie with boiled condensed milk. Eggs are medium, flour is one glass. Rinse the raisins in advance and soak in warm water. Sort and chop the nuts. Let all products be at room temperature. Prepare a baking dish in the oven. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a deep bowl, add eggs to 2/3 of the boiled condensed milk and beat with a mixer.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add the sifted flour with baking powder and sugar. I didn’t add sugar, my pie came out a little sweet. For those who like sweet baked goods, I recommend adding sugar.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add washed raisins and chopped nuts (reserve a handful) to the dough and mix.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Grease the prepared baking dish with butter or line it with baking paper. Pour the prepared dough into the mold and bake in preheated to 180 degrees. oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick: it should come out dry from the finished pie.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Heat the milk, but do not boil, add the remaining condensed milk, stir. Mix with remaining nuts.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour this mixture over the hot pie, cover and leave in the oven (warm place) for about 3 hours to soak. The pie can be eaten immediately without waiting for it to soak. But with impregnation it is better.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Cut the finished pie into pieces and serve with hot tea, coffee or a glass of cool milk.

Cool and simple pie with condensed milk for tea. I recommend a recipe for Hungarian cheesecake with cottage cheese and condensed milk.

For tea I baked a pie with boiled condensed milk in the oven. I didn’t know before that it could be added to dough. It turned out that it was very tasty! Everyone appreciated it, both children and adults. My boiled condensed milk was not very sweet, so I still added a couple of tablespoons of sugar when whipping. The dough turned out to be the consistency of not very thick sour cream. I first fried the walnuts in a dry frying pan to enhance the aroma, then put them in a bag and beat them with a rolling pin. The pie was baked for 30 minutes at 180°C. It is better to mix the filling with a whisk, this way the lumps will disperse faster. The hot pie was poured with a sweet nut mixture and left in the turned off oven until it cooled completely. How wonderful it turned out! It looks like in the recipe photo, just as porous, airy, interspersed with nut pieces. The cake is very soft, not cloying, with a wonderful caramel aroma! The filling was well absorbed, leaving nuts on top in a glaze of boiled condensed milk. My daughter called it cake). It's incredibly delicious, I recommend everyone try it!
