As a child, my grandmother’s kitchen always had a special atmosphere: the aromas of fresh baked goods and the hissing of pans created a unique magic. Every morning we got together, and I learned not only to cook, but also to appreciate the moments spent with my family. Traveling around the world, I fell in love with the diversity of tastes and traditions of different countries, which I strive to transfer to my kitchen. My goal is to show that cooking delicious and attractive food is accessible to everyone. Cooking is not only a process, but also a joy to share with loved ones!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de San Francisco de Quito.
