    Pour boiling water over dried mushrooms and millet. Cover the mushrooms and leave to stand for several hours. After 2 minutes, rinse the millet several times in cold water.

    Place the meat on the bones in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for 1.5-2 hours until soft. When the meat is cooked, separate it from the bones, cut into pieces and return to the strained broth.

    Wash the mushrooms and then boil for 15-20 minutes.

    Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and place in the pan with the meat. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.

    Peel the onions and carrots, rinse them from dirt and chop them. Finely chop the onion and chop or grate the carrots. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes over low heat.     Place the finished frying with mushrooms into the pan with the soup. Add salt and spices to taste. As spices, you can add dried basil or spices for mushroom dishes. Boil everything together for another 5-7 minutes.

I made porcini mushroom soup for lunch today. Our family loves mushroom soup. I cook it periodically - sometimes from dried, and today from frozen mushrooms. My husband really liked the soup. What a gain, he admired. But I didn’t take any mushrooms for the soup. True, when frozen they looked impressive. But, as always happens, after thawing, they became two times smaller. I even doubted whether I had taken too much. However, further showed that this amount was enough. The soup was cooked in meat broth. I cooked the pork bone and pulp for 2 hours. I put half a carrot and an onion into the pan with the meat. Then she took the meat out of the pan, removed it from the bone, cut it into pieces and set it aside. I took the carrots and onions out of the pan; they had already given up their flavors to the broth and were not needed. Place potatoes cut into small cubes into the boiling broth. I prepared a fry of onions, carrots and mushrooms. I added it to the soup, salted it, put in a few bay leaves, chopped meat, let it simmer for about ten minutes, took it off the heat, let it brew and called my husband for dinner. They brought me real dried porcini mushrooms, so I made a soup with mushrooms, meat and potatoes, it was something with something, on meat brisket, it turned out so rich with a pronounced mushroom taste, everyone really liked it, so I’m thinking of repeating it again in a week!
