Take a deep bowl and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of warm milk into it, then pour one tablespoon of sugar into the bowl.

Place twenty-five grams of fresh compressed yeast in a bowl.
STEP 4

Place three full tablespoons of premium wheat flour into a common bowl.
STEP 5

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, then place it in a warm place for fifteen to twenty minutes to activate the yeast.

Take a large bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then add forty grams of softened butter into it and mix.

After fifteen minutes, pour the prepared dough into a bowl with the egg-butter mixture and mix all the ingredients well.

Take a fine sieve and sift four hundred grams of premium wheat flour into a bowl with a liquid base and add one teaspoon of salt to it.

Place one hundred and fifty grams of boiled rice, fifty grams of butter in a frying pan and mix all the ingredients well.

Place the prepared filling in a bowl and let it cool a little.

After one hour, knead the dough well in the bowl and place it again in a warm place for thirty to thirty-five minutes.

After thirty minutes, grease your hands on the table with a small amount of vegetable oil and lay out the dough, then knead it well and divide it into several pieces, from which you then form koloboks.

Place the formed buns on the table and cover them with a towel.

Knead each bun to the required size and place about two tablespoons of the prepared filling on them.

Blend the edges of the filled cakes well and form pies, which you then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the pies with beaten egg yolk with two tablespoons of milk and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees.
