Broccoli with peanuts and olive oil
Fast, easy, incredibly useful and even kids will love it! The “unloved” broccoli from childhood is revealed from a completely new side! This recipe destroys the stereotypes that everything healthy must not be tasty. Even children will like the dish!
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 5 mins
STEP 1
Boil broccoli in salted boiling water. For small inflorescences - 2 minutes, for large ones - 5 minutes.
STEP 2
Cut the broccoli into equal pieces and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil.
STEP 3
Add salted crushed peanuts to the cooked broccoli and mix well.
STEP 4
Transfer the prepared mixture into a baking dish. To get a delicious crispy crust on the broccoli, bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
STEP 5
A delicious and healthy snack is ready! Serve with balsamic vinegar (to taste)
