Light homemade tangerine ice cream

The simplest, homemade, without cream and milk! This easy ice cream couldn't be easier to make at home! The recipe consists of three ingredients, and even a child can handle it. It turns out to be a very tasty and high-quality dessert.

    How to make light ice cream at home? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. I add tangerines to the mix. But instead of them, you can take any juicy fruits or berries. Or use natural juice with pulp. Here the choice is yours. In principle, ice cream can be made from two products: sour cream and condensed milk. Tangerines give it a pleasant sourness, and for me this is a plus. Take condensed milk from whole milk, with sugar.

    Peel the tangerines and grind them into puree using any method available to you. I did this with a blender. By the way, sour or semi-sweet tangerines are best to use.

    Rub the resulting tangerine puree through a sieve. This must be done so that no coarse particles remain in the ice cream. The more homogeneous its composition is, the more tender, airy and tasty it will turn out in the end.

    Mix together sour cream, condensed milk and tangerine puree. Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze it in the freezer. Stir the ice cream every 15-20 minutes for the first 2 hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.

Girls, I can say one thing that as a result of preparing this ice cream, the result was a very tasty mixture, slightly reminiscent of store-bought ice cream))) I did not stir as often as indicated in the recipe, which I later regretted. There were still crystals, so you probably need to strictly adhere to the time. Despite the small mistakes, everyone ate it right away. Another good thing is that you know what your ice cream is made of and you can try it with different additives!

Irish, we’ve already made ice cream using this recipe twice, it’s a delight! It has an amazing sour taste and a delicate structure. Cool, another delicious recipe, and most importantly homemade, I stopped buying ice cream only because it contains harmful powdered milk and a lot of “E”, and sometimes I really want ice cream, so now I’ll make this, as I understand it’s possible not only with tangerines, but also other fruits? :)
