Roll out the remaining 2/3 of the dough and place it on the bottom of the mold, forming sides. If you don’t have a round mold, you can prepare one pie on a baking sheet at once.

    Place apple jam and spread evenly over the entire surface of the dough, not reaching the edge 1-2 cm. Roll out the reserved 1/3 of the dough and cut into strips. very tasty pie!!! I used apple jam and it turned out wonderful. The topping in this pie is very important, to be honest, I spent a long time fiddling with it so that it would look like the one in the author’s photograph. Super! Thank you. Simple, fast, beautiful! These are two different ones from your test volume. With apple jam))) and the white coating, I was a little confused and a minute before it was ready, I coated it with an egg. It was possible not to do it, the blush would have been at its best anyway.
