We select the dough from the refrigerator. Sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs. Place the washed dried fruits cut side up (if you have seeds, select them, cut them into slices or leave them in halves, depends on the fruit and your choice) Sprinkle the top (mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of sugar)

Spread the cream evenly over the top of the pie.
STEP 13

Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 45-50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. Let the cake cool in the pan for 2-3 hours. After the cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar
