We had a great harvest of cucumbers this year, thanks to the greenhouse. I prepare cucumbers for the winter in different ways and according to different recipes. Today I prepared two three-liter jars according to this recipe, increasing the amount of ingredients. It’s absolutely easy to make pickled cucumbers just like in the store for the winter. I sorted the cucumbers and poured cold water for crispiness, even though they were not wilted, for 3 hours. I cut the ponytails as recommended by the author. I placed spices and herbs at the bottom of three liter jars. I didn’t put the cucumbers in sheets, I folded everything down. I added some cherry leaves of my own. I packed the cucumbers into the jars as tightly as possible. I poured boiling water over it and set it aside for a while. Then I prepared the marinade, adding all the spices on the list. I just didn’t put in the cilantro for my own reasons. I poured vinegar into jars, as the author writes. I poured the hot marinade over it, rolled it up and it was ready. Everything is extremely simple and clear. I am confident in this preparation, so I did not sterilize the jars at the end. It seems to me that with cloves and coriander, the cucumbers will be unusually aromatic and tasty. The recipe is good! Thank you!
