I made a jar of pickled cucumbers and tomatoes for the winter. Assorted vegetables always look more interesting on a plate. I really liked the beautiful cucumbers in the photo, but I had to roll up the regular ones). They were large, so I cut them into 2-3 parts. Yellow and red tomatoes also look good in a jar. I cut the carrots with a curly knife. Instead of an umbrella of dill, I took dry coriander; it shades the tomatoes well, in my opinion. I liked the composition of the marinade, just in moderation. In addition, carrots will add additional sweetness to the brine. I always sterilize jars and lids well. After rolling it up with a key, I put the jar under a warm blanket for further sterilization. A bright, beautiful assortment of vegetables will be a wonderful winter snack!
