How to quickly and easily prepare a delicious salad of pickled white cabbage with carrots and garlic, which many will definitely like for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing crispy pickled cabbage.
STEP 2

To prepare the marinade, place a suitable pan on the stove and pour one liter of water into it, then pour into it two tablespoons of coarse table salt for pickling and one hundred grams of sugar.
STEP 3

Add ten black peppercorns, four dried clove flower buds and four bay leaves to a common pan.
STEP 4

Mix all the ingredients well in the pan, then cover it with a lid and bring the water to a boil at high heat on the stove, then simmer the marinade for ten minutes.
STEP 5

Cut two kilograms of white cabbage into fairly small strips and place it in a suitable large saucepan.
STEP 6

Pour one hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into the pan with the marinade, then one hundred milliliters of 9% table vinegar, then cover the pan with a lid and boil the marinade for exactly two minutes.
STEP 7

Take a large grater and grate two carrots, then place it in a large saucepan with chopped cabbage and mix the vegetables well.
STEP 8

Cut four cloves of garlic into thin slices and chop, then place the garlic in the pan with the cabbage.
STEP 9

Mix all ingredients well in the pan.
STEP 10

Pour the prepared hot marinade into the pan with vegetables and mix all the ingredients thoroughly again.
STEP 11

Place a plate of suitable size on top of the cabbage in the pan, then place a weight on it for ten to twelve hours until fully cooked.
STEP 12

Once the time has passed, place the prepared pickled cabbage with carrots and garlic on a plate and serve.
