This is delicious! When I cooked, the aroma of vanilla and cocoa filled the whole house. Crispy crust, airy cottage cheese (I whipped it with a blender). The kids and husband are delighted. This is now my favorite pie. I used a mold with a diameter of 25 cm.

Milada, what a beauty! The form is simply a miracle! Original crumb dough pie. I made this, but from cookie crumbs. Very tasty, tender. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I baked today. Twice! The taste is incredible. The inside is soft due to the moisture of the cottage cheese, but the top is crispy. It's really very sweet and crumbly. It’s just lovely with milk!

I have long wanted to make peat pie, because... the whole family loves cottage cheese pastries. Everyone liked the pie according to this recipe) I decided to make one and a half times more filling, the food quantity calculator helped me with this, it’s very convenient. Additionally, I added one banana, cut into slices, to the filling. The taste and aroma of banana went very well with the cottage cheese filling. It even seems to me that I should have crushed the banana along with the cottage cheese in a blender. The filling resembles an airy soufflé and has a very pleasant consistency. The bottom cake was soaked with cottage cheese and became quite soft, as it should be. The top crumb was baked and crispy. In general, this is a very successful combination of cottage cheese and chocolate. Making a pie is easy, I think any housewife can do it. Most importantly, the pie needs to be cooled in the refrigerator before serving, then it will be easier to cut, and the taste of chilled sweet pastries is much better.

Made it, very tasty. The curd filling resembles a delicate soufflé. I will definitely make this pie again, but instead of sugar I will add powder to the dough, since sugar has an unnatural crunch. But this does not affect the taste in any way. The flavor combinations are just amazing. The pie was quickly sold out. Thanks for the recipe
