STEP 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance.
STEP 2
First, you need to ferment the dough in the usual way. Take 120 grams of milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and yeast. Dissolve everything and add flour, bring the mixture to the consistency of sour cream. Put it up well.
STEP 3
While the dough is rising, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar.
STEP 4
Melt the margarine.
STEP 5
Take a larger container so that the future dough can fit well. Pour in milk, beaten eggs, margarine, water. Add salt and vanillin and add flour in parts and knead the dough not too tight. The dough must be kneaded well until it lags behind your hands and the walls of the container. Then cover the dough with a lid and let it rise at least twice. To speed up the process, you can put it in a warm water bath.
STEP 6
After rising, the dough should become fluffy and soft.
STEP 7
Wash the peaches, dry them and cut them lengthwise into not very thick slices.
STEP 8
Take a suitable form and grease with vegetable oil. Roll out a piece of dough a couple of centimeters thick, and with a diameter larger than the size of the mold, taking into account the formation of high sides with a turn-up.
STEP 9
Grease the sheet of dough with vegetable or melted butter.
STEP 10
Place the sliced peaches over the dough base and fold the edges of the dough inward around the entire circumference.
STEP 11
Create a lattice from the dough flagella throughout the pie and brush the product with an egg beaten with a pinch of sugar. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. at a temperature of 180°C. Check readiness with a splinter and by external browning.
STEP 12
The finished pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. It will be more attractive and appetizing.
