STEP 1

How to make pate with carrots, eggs and onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Use unscented vegetable oil. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria.
STEP 2

Wash the carrots with a brush under running water, peel and rinse. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. You can chop carrots in any way, but the finer the chop, the faster the vegetable will cook.
STEP 3

Wash the pre-peeled onions and chop finely. The shape of the cut is not important, since subsequently the vegetables will be ground into a paste-like mass.
STEP 4

Fry the onions in a frying pan, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and soft.
STEP 5

Add carrots to the pan and stir. Fry the vegetables over moderate heat while stirring.
STEP 6

5 minutes before the end of cooking, salt the vegetables and add spices to taste. This can be ground black or red pepper, curry, suneli hops or other spices as you wish. When frying with oil, the flavor of the spices will be better revealed. A peeled clove of garlic passed through a press will add piquancy to the pate. Cool the fried vegetables.
STEP 7

Boil the eggs hard. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the boiled eggs and chop as desired.
STEP 8

Add the eggs to the cooled fried vegetables.
STEP 9

Grind everything with an immersion blender until completely smooth. The mass should have a paste-like consistency. Taste the pate and add salt if necessary.
STEP 10

A pate of carrots, eggs and onions is suitable as a spread for sandwiches made from white or gray bread. Bon appetit!
