Yes, look, this is a very convenient combination that goes (with various additives) in a wide variety of Italian dishes. A can of canned tuna is the only type of canned fish that I ALWAYS have in my pantry, along with pepper and salt. The standard sauce of this type in its homeland does not contain whole tomatoes, they are boiled into porridge. They even sell it ready-made, in jars. Now, of course, it’s not the season; you can’t make something like this from spring greenhouses, unless you take canned ones in their own juice. So, I think Irisha did a very good job with fresh sweet cherry tomatoes! In fact, there is also a risotto with such additional products (dwarf tomatoes are great for this; they are cut into halves or quarters and stirred in just before serving, when the rice is already cooked), and various salads... I just wanted something ... maybe I’ll do it in the next few days, I’ll show you too.

Good afternoon Irisha. I’m sorry, but I want to give you a little hint, I’ve been living in Italy for a long time and my husband and children are Italian, and this pasta is like a lifesaver for me. You cooked it absolutely in Italian style, but they don’t serve Parmesan with fish in Italy.
