STEP 1

How to make pancakes with yogurt? Prepare your food. You can take either homemade or store-bought yogurt. With homemade, especially with village milk, it will turn out tastier. Remove the curdled milk from the refrigerator in advance; it should be at room temperature.
STEP 2

Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl, add salt and a pinch of soda. Stir. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. The soda will react with the acid contained in the yogurt, which will release carbon dioxide, which will make the pancakes delicate.
STEP 3

Add the egg. Stir the mixture and gradually begin to mix in the sifted flour. It may take more or less flour than stated in the recipe. Look at the condition of the dough; for thin pancakes it should have the consistency of liquid sour cream. Add flour in portions, stirring the dough with a whisk after each.
STEP 4

Melt the butter using one of the methods described at the end of the recipe and add it to the dough. Mix well until smooth, I usually also add a little boiling water (carefully!) and stir quickly to dissolve all the lumps. Let the dough sit for a while to allow the gluten in the flour to develop. Then the pancakes will not tear when baking.
STEP 5

Heat a frying pan over high heat. It would be better if it was a special pancake shop. Lubricate it with a drop of vegetable oil. After the first pancake, you no longer need to grease it - the dough contains oil, the pancakes will not stick. Pour the dough in small portions, distributing it evenly in a circular motion. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Adjust the heating yourself.
STEP 6

Place the prepared pancakes in a stack on a plate.
STEP 7

You can additionally coat them with melted butter.
STEP 8

Serve pancakes with yogurt as you like: with melted butter, sour cream, honey, jam, condensed milk.
